DMC Partners with Young Arab Media Leaders Programme
Dubai Media City, one of the region’s largest community dedicated to the media industry, partners with the third Young Arab Leaders Media Leaders (YAML) Programme, to support in the creation and development of a strong network of young talent to improve their knowledge, sharpen their skills, and aide in solving challenges within the media sector.
Majed Al Suwaidi, Managing Director of Dubai Media City, shed light on the evolution of media in this region, showcasing how Dubai has emerged as a global hub especially in the media sector.
The programme hosted by the Arab Youth Centre (ARC) under the guidance and patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, and Chair of the ARC.
With the mandate of building and nurturing qualified future generations of media professionals, the YAML Programme is a pioneering step towards the training, grooming and equipping young media leaders with the required skills to building a positive media ecosystem and sustain the future development of the industry.
